EXPERIENCE
Special Advisor to the President and Founder – One Dream Movement
Provides leadership and organizational development consultation to this non profit organization’s President and Board of Directors. One Dream Movement works to abolish domestic human trafficking and provide advocacy for survivors.

Executive Director – Door To Grace
Responsible for bold, top level leadership with mission to identify, shelter, and restore commercially sexually exploited youth in Portland. Developed an unprecedented foster care model, achieved DHS licensure as well as creation and implementation of operational policies and procedures for the sheltering of trafficked minors

Chapter Director and Creative Activities Director – MOPS International
MOPS International (Mothers of Preschoolers) is a national organization based on local charter groups which provides development of valuable community, educational resources and support for young mothers and encouraging dignity and value in the parenting role.

Executive Director – Oregon Medical Group
Provided decisive leadership, direction and administration of a multi-specialty medical facility comprised of 96 physicians and staff. Responsible for maintaining highest levels of patient service and satisfaction as well as implementation of ambitious business expansion plans.
